Kim is a true southerner, originally from Greenville, South Carolina, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia as well as Clearwater, Florida. Kim focuses on customer service at Sign-Age, utilizing her "southern hospitality". She states, "a customer should be at minimum satisfied, but what we strive for is that every customer is happy they chose to do business with Sign-Age".
Kim has had many years experience in sales and customer service, previously working as a Regional Customer Service Manager for a national publishing company before joining Sign-Age in June, 2001. Her experience has allowed her the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge regarding our client's visions and goals, and it's her personal goal to ensure their complete satisfaction.
